The Diode Dynamics SS6 LED Stage Series Fog Light Kit DD7931 replaces the factory fog lamps on the 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma with a pair of 6-inch white SS6 light bars, and it fits every 4th-generation Tacoma trim except the Trailhunter and any truck delivered with the factory Rigid dual-color fog lights.

The 4th-gen Tacoma's bumper fog openings are wide and rectangular, so Diode Dynamics built this kit around that shape instead of sinking a round pod into a square hole. Four application-specific brackets bolt to the stock fog mounting points, the bars sit square in the opening, and two H11 DT adapters plug the Deutsch-connectorized bars straight into the truck's fog harness. Nothing is cut, nothing is drilled, no relay block needs a home, and the factory fog stalk still switches the lights.

Fitment

DD7931 fits the 2024, 2025 and 2026 Toyota Tacoma in the factory front fog-light openings. Diode Dynamics publishes no cab, bed, powertrain or transmission restriction for this kit, so XtraCab and Double Cab, 5-foot and 6-foot beds, the 2.4L turbo i-FORCE and the i-FORCE MAX hybrid, and both the 8-speed automatic and the 6-speed manual share the same bumper pocket and the same H11 fog connector. Does not fit the Tacoma Trailhunter, whose front fascia and lamp housings are different, and does not fit any Tacoma equipped with the factory Rigid dual-color fog lights, which is the hardware the TRD Pro is delivered with, so look at the bumper rather than the trim badge before ordering. Diode Dynamics lists this kit for the Tacoma only; the 2025+ 4Runner and 2024+ Land Cruiser take their own application-specific SS6 kits.

FAQ

Does DD7931 fit a Trailhunter or TRD Pro Tacoma?

No. Diode Dynamics states the kit is not compatible with the Trailhunter trim or with any Tacoma equipped with the factory Rigid dual-color fog lights, which is the fog hardware the TRD Pro is built with.

Does DD7931 work on the i-FORCE MAX hybrid Tacoma?

Yes. The only exclusions Diode Dynamics publishes are the Trailhunter fascia and Rigid dual-color fog hardware, so hybrid and non-hybrid trucks use the same brackets and the same connector.

Do I need a switch or relay harness with this kit?

No. Two H11 DT adapters are included and plug into the factory fog connectors, so the truck's own fog switch runs the SS6 bars with no added wiring.

What is the difference between DD7931 and DD7932?

DD7931 is the white 6000K kit and DD7932 is the identical bracket and adapter kit fitted with amber SS6 bars. DD7930P is the bracket pair on its own for anyone who already owns SS6 bars.
