We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our return process works.

RMA Required

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact us before shipping anything back. Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused.

Standard Returns

  • Window: 30 days from delivery
  • Condition: Unused, uninstalled, in original packaging
  • Restocking fee: 15%
  • Return shipping: Paid by buyer

Wrong Fitment

If you ordered a part that doesn't fit your vehicle, the standard return policy applies (15% restocking fee, buyer pays return shipping). We provide fitment information on every product page — please verify your year, make, and model before ordering.

Large & Heavy Items

Items like bumpers, side steps, and tonneau covers are returnable under the standard policy, but return shipping costs can be significant ($50-$150+) due to size and weight. Please double-check fitment before ordering large items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Wheels & tires (mounted): Must be unmounted, unused, in original packaging
  • Electrical components: Not returnable once installed
  • Custom/special order items: Not returnable

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged in shipping, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement. Please take photos of any damage before discarding packaging.

Why We Do This

Off-road and truck parts are heavy, specialized items. Unlike a t-shirt, returning a set of side steps costs real money to ship back. Our 15% restocking fee helps us cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items so we can keep prices competitive and shipping fast for everyone. We strongly encourage you to verify your vehicle's year, make, and model before ordering. Our product pages include fitment information to help you get the right part the first time.
