Free Shipping
Orders of $250 or more ship free via standard ground shipping (continental US). Standard-size items only — see Oversized Items below.
Calculated Shipping
Orders under $250, oversized items (bumpers, side steps, roof racks, etc.), and tire/wheel packages ship at calculated rates via UPS or FedEx. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Oversized Items
Some items are simply too large or heavy for free shipping regardless of order total. These are clearly marked with a "Calculated Shipping" note on the product page — no surprises at checkout.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Items that ship directly from our suppliers (drop-ship) typically go out within 1–5 business days. Either way, you'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard Ground: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Expedited: 2–3 business days after shipment (when available)
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
As frustrating as it is, carriers occasionally rough up a package — and since we hired them to make the delivery, we'll deal with them, not you. To help us make it right fast:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Photograph the shipping box and the item before doing anything else
- Keep all packaging — FedEx/UPS often require it for claim inspection
We'll file the carrier claim and get your replacement or refund moving. The photos and packaging aren't red tape — they're what makes the carrier pay the claim quickly.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking stalls and your package appears lost in transit, contact us — we'll open a trace and a claim with the carrier and get a replacement or refund moving once the carrier confirms the loss (usually just a few days).
If tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package: check around your property and with household members and neighbors — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a day early. If it hasn't turned up within 48 hours, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll help investigate with the carrier. For high-value orders we may require a signature at delivery for exactly this reason.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping aren't available at this time.
