The aFe BladeRunner hot and cold charge pipe kit, part number 46-20724-B in black, replaces both intercooler pipes on the 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma with the L4-2.4L turbo engine, and aFe lists the application for gas and hybrid versions of that engine.

On the fourth-generation Tacoma the factory charge pipes are the pinch point nobody sees. They carry every cubic foot the turbo makes, and their moulded shape and internal steps cost flow exactly when the engine is asking for boost. The BladeRunner kit swaps both sides for TIG-welded aluminum: 2-1/2 inches on the hot side, out of the turbo into the intercooler, and 3 inches on the cold side, back to the throttle body. aFe measures the hot side outflowing the factory pipe by up to 12 percent and the cold side by up to 5 percent.

The connections keep the truck's assembly logic intact. Billet aluminum quick-connect adapters mimic the factory style with O-ring seals, and the rest joins with 5-ply silicone couplings and stainless SmartSeal clamps that will not creep loose under boost.
