Are the ICON K53135 coilovers adjustable?

Yes. Stage 5 (K53135) uses CDCV coilovers with 10 external compression-damping settings adjusted by hand. Lower 96-02 4Runner stages (K53131/132/133) use non-adjustable vehicle-specific valving.

Does the ICON K53135 include upper control arms?

Yes. It includes tubular steel Delta Joint upper control arms along with the CDCV front coilovers, rear shocks, and ICON coil springs.

Does the ICON K53135 fit a 2003 or newer 4Runner?

No. It fits the 1996-2002 third-generation 4Runner only. The 2003 and newer 4Runner uses a different ICON system.
