Yes. Stage 2 (K53132) includes tubular steel Delta Joint upper control arms along with 2.5 VS front coilovers (0-3 inches adjustable) and 2.0 rear shocks.

Does the ICON K53132 fit a 2003 or newer 4Runner?

No. It fits the 1996-2002 third-generation 4Runner only. The 2003 and newer 4Runner uses a different ICON system.

Are the ICON K53132 coilovers adjustable?

The coilovers are height-adjustable from 0-3 inches but use non-adjustable vehicle-specific damping. For adjustable CDCV damping, step up to the Stage 5 K53135.
