Does this ICON Stage 1 system fit the 2022 or newer Tundra?

No. It is built for the 2007-2021 second-generation Toyota Tundra and 2008-2022 Sequoia; the 2022 and newer third-generation Tundra uses a different ICON system.

How much lift does the ICON K53021 provide?

The 2.5 Series front coilovers are height-adjustable from 1 to 3 inches. Fender trimming may be required to run the recommended 35x12.50 tire. Factory upper control arms will not align properly past 2.5 inches of lift, so an aftermarket upper control arm is recommended above that height.

What is the difference between this Stage 1 system and the other ICON Tundra stages?

Stage 1 uses 2.5 inch internal-reservoir front coilovers and 2.0 rear shocks with no rear expansion pack and no upper control arms.
