Will this fit a 2022-or-newer Tundra?

No. The 5x150 MR703 fits the 2007-2021 Tundra, 2008-2022 Sequoia, and 2008-2021 Land Cruiser 200. The 2022+ Tundra and 2023+ Sequoia switched to 6x139.7 and use a different wheel.

Is it sold each or as a set?

Each listing is one wheel; order four for a set. Lug nuts and center caps are not included.

Do I need hub rings?

They are recommended. The 110.5mm bore sits just outside the roughly 110.1mm Toyota hub, so hub-centric rings give a smooth, vibration-free install.
