The ICON 55160 is a front differential drop kit for 4WD models of the 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma, the 2025-2026 4Runner and the 2024-2025 Land Cruiser 250 Series, and it exists to fix the geometry problem that a taller front end creates.

Lift the front of an independent-front-suspension Toyota and the differential stays where Toyota bolted it while the wheels travel further down. The CV axles now run at a steeper angle at full droop than they were designed for, and at the extreme they bind - which shows up as a clunk over a whooped-out road, accelerated boot wear, and in the worst case a failed joint miles from pavement. Dropping the differential a fixed amount pulls the inboard end of each axle down toward the outboard end and puts the joints back in their working range.

ICON builds the kit from CNC laser-cut, precision brake-formed steel finished in semi-gloss black powder coat, and it swaps the soft OE differential bushings for polyurethane.
