Why owners choose it

Auto-deploys the instant a door opens, then retracts flush under the rocker a few seconds after the doors close.
Plug-N-Play wiring: the vehicle-specific harness plugs into the factory OBD-II connector, so no factory wires are cut or spliced.
Extruded aluminum step board, 6 in. wide with a non-slip tread, rated to support 600 lb per side.
Die-cast aluminum linkage with PTFE coating and stainless steel pivot pins resist corrosion.
Weather-sealed electric motors and integrated LED step lights for all-weather, night-time use.
Hidden under the rocker when retracted for full ground clearance and a clean factory look.

What's included

Sold as a complete kit for both sides of the truck. Includes the driver- and passenger-side PowerStep assemblies with motors, a vehicle-specific Plug-N-Play wiring harness and control module that connect to the factory OBD-II connector with no splicing, mounting brackets and hardware, integrated LED step lights, and an installation guide.

Fitment

Fits 2014-2019 Silverado/Sierra 1500 (2019 fits the old-body LD/Limited) and 2015-2019 gas 2500HD/3500HD, in Double and Crew Cab. Does not fit Duramax diesel HD trucks, and the new-body 2019+ 1500 uses 76254-01A instead.

Which AMP step fits your truck

This 76154-01A is the Plug-N-Play kit for the 2014-2019 gas trucks; the standard hardwired kit is 75154-01A, the new-body 2019-2023 1500 uses 76254-01A, and diesel HD trucks use a diesel-specific application. Confirm body, engine, and preferred wiring before ordering.
