Do these fit the 2019 Silverado LD body or a Double Cab?

No. They fit the new-body Crew Cab only and exclude the 2019 Silverado 1500 LD and 2019 Sierra 1500 Limited carryover bodies, plus Double and Regular Cab trucks.

What finish and warranty do these PRO TRAXX 5 bars have?

This is the black powder-coated steel finish, backed by Westin's 3-year warranty.
