UnderCover ArmorFlex AX12023 is a hard tri-folding tonneau cover for the 2019-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 on the new body, fitted with the 6'7" (79.4") standard bed. The compatibility note GM owners actually need: RealTruck lists AX12023 as working with or without the MultiPro / MultiFlex tailgate, so the six-way gate that rules out a lot of covers does not rule out this one.

ArmorFlex is the armored end of the UnderCover folding range. Rigid aluminum panels sit in an aluminum frame under UnderCover's Multi-Shield textured matte-black treatment, a LINE-X specialty automotive coating chosen to shrug off impacts and abrasion. UnderCover rates the closed lid for 400 lb of evenly distributed cargo.

EPDM rubber gaskets feed integrated drain tubes, and the rear seal is dual-action, so the tailgate cycles with the last panel up or down. To get into the bed, drop the tailgate, pull the release cables on either side and fold forward: two-thirds open is held on safety straps, or flip the stack flush to the back glass for the whole box.
