Do these fit the 2019 Silverado LD body or a Double Cab?

No. They fit the new-body Crew Cab only and exclude the 2019 Silverado 1500 LD and 2019 Sierra 1500 Limited carryover bodies, as well as Double and Regular Cab trucks.
