No. The 56-534685 is sized for the 5.5-foot short bed; the 6.5-foot standard-bed Crew Cab needs a different-length wheel-to-wheel bar.

Is this the new-body or old-body truck?

It fits the 2019-2026 new-body T1 Silverado/Sierra; the 2019 LD/Limited previous-body carryover is not covered.
