No. The 56-534765 is sized for the 6.5-foot standard bed; the 8-foot long-bed HD Crew Cab needs a different-length wheel-to-wheel bar.

Does it fit the 1500, or only the HD?

This bar covers the 2500 HD and 3500 HD Crew Cab; the 1500 Crew Cab uses its own wheel-to-wheel bar such as 56-534685.
