Manual. RetraxPRO XR is the hand-operated retractable with T-slot rails; the powered version of the same cover carries the PowertraxPRO name and adds an electric motor and key fobs.

Can I lock the cover part way open?

What does the T prefix mean on T-80484?

It is the XR rail system. T-80484 is the RetraxPRO XR with integrated T-slot rack rails built into the side rails; 80484 without the T is the RetraxPRO MX, the same cover for the same trucks without those rails.

Does it fit a 2019 Silverado 2500HD?

No. This part starts at the 2020 model year, when GM introduced the current heavy-duty body. A 2015-2019 Silverado or Sierra HD needs a different Retrax part number.
