Will these fit my 2014+ Silverado 1500?

No. This 56-11955 covers the 2004-2013 1500 Crew Cab and the 2001-2019 2500/3500 HD Crew Cab; the 2014+ 1500 uses a different-generation bar.

Are these a body mount or frame mount?

They are a body-mount bar with a vehicle-specific bracket kit.

Do they require drilling?

No. They bolt on with a vehicle-specific mount kit, so no drilling is required on most applications.
