Where this generation ends

Ford moved the Explorer onto an entirely new rear-drive-biased platform for 2020, with different wheel-opening and rocker geometry. Because these flaps are laser-measured to the body, they stop at 2019 — a 2020 or newer Explorer needs the 110111-120111 set. The two kits meet exactly at the platform change rather than overlapping.
