The CVF Performance Intercooler is a direct-fit replacement core for the 2020-2026 Ford Explorer 2.3L and 3.0L, the Ford Explorer ST and the Lincoln Aviator. It reuses the factory charge piping and installs with no cutting or permanent modification, making it the single highest-value cooling change on a turbocharged Explorer.

The core measures 26.5" x 15.75" x 2", giving 214% greater volume and 260% greater frontal area than the OEM intercooler. CVF reports an 85-degree drop in charge-air temperature observed on the street rather than on a dyno.
