The Ram 1500 moved to its new fourth-generation body for 2009, while the 2500 and 3500 stayed on the older truck one year longer. So this kit runs to 2008 on the 1500 and to 2009 on the HD. It is an easy detail to miss because both trucks wore the same badge in 2009.
