The Tonno Pro HF-250 Hard Fold is a folding aluminum tonneau cover for the 2002-2018 Ram 1500 and 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic with the 6'4" fleetside bed, ordered without RamBox. It pairs a tough all-aluminum underbody frame with a marine-grade vinyl top, unclamps and folds toward the cab for bed access, and locks down with EZ-lock clamps for a low-profile, weather-resistant deck.

Fitment: Fits the 2002-2018 Ram 1500 and 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic (older body style) with the 6'4" fleetside bed, without RamBox. It does not fit the new DT body Ram 1500 (2019+ new-generation trucks use a different cover), RamBox-equipped beds, or the 5'7" and 8-foot bed lengths.

What's included: Pre-assembled hard-folding cover with aluminum frame, marine-grade vinyl panels, clamp-on mounting hardware, and nylon cab straps to hold the cover in the partially open position. No drilling required.

Will the HF-250 fit the new body 2019+ Ram 1500?

No. It fits the older body 2002-2018 Ram 1500 and the 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic. The current-generation DT Ram 1500 uses a different Tonno Pro part number.

Does it fit a truck with RamBox?

No. The HF-250 is for standard fleetside beds without the factory RamBox cargo system.

What bed length does it cover?

The 6'4" fleetside bed (some retailers list this bed as 6'6"/78").
