The BD Diesel 1041463 is a pair of upgraded exhaust manifolds for the 5.7L Hemi V8, engineered to cure the chronic exhaust-manifold bolt failure and manifold warping these engines are known for. Each manifold is cast from thick, high-silicon ductile iron to resist warping, and the kit ships with longer fasteners plus spacers that absorb thermal expansion so the bolts stop snapping. The heat shield uses independent mounting points so it no longer loads the manifold bolts.

What's included: a driver-side and passenger-side ductile-iron exhaust manifold, new bolts, nuts, spacers, and gaskets. Fitment: 2009-2024 Ram 1500 Classic (DS) and 2009-2018 Ram 2500/3500 5.7L Hemi. Does not fit the 2019+ DT body Ram 1500 or any diesel Cummins.

It fits the 2009-2024 Ram 1500 Classic (DS body) and the 2009-2018 Ram 2500 and 3500, all with the 5.7L Hemi V8. On 2019+ trucks it fits ONLY the Ram 1500 Classic (DS) - if the 6th digit of the VIN is a 6 or 7 the truck is a DS Classic and this kit fits.

Does it fit the 2019+ Ram 1500 DT body?

No. This manifold set does not fit the 2019+ fifth-generation DT body Ram 1500. It is the DS (fourth-gen / Classic) casting only.
