Does the 76239-01A fit a new-body Ram 1500?

No. For the 1500 it fits only the 2018-2023 Ram 1500 Classic. The new DT-body Ram 1500 uses PowerStep 76240-01A.

Does it work with factory air-ride?

Air-ride-equipped trucks require an air-suspension relocation kit for this application.
