The AMP Research PowerStep (75138-01A) is a complete pair of electric retractable running boards for the 2009-2018 Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 (all cab configurations) and the 2019-2020 Ram 1500 Classic. Each board drops down the instant a door opens and retracts flush under the cab a few seconds after the doors close.

Fitment

Fits 2009-2018 Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 in all cab configurations, plus the 2019-2020 Ram 1500 Classic (DS body). 2009-2010 trucks carry Dodge Ram badging. Does not fit trucks with factory air-ride suspension, and does not fit the 2019-and-newer Ram 1500 (DT body).

This 75138-01A is the standard hardwired PowerStep for the fourth-generation Ram (and the DS-body 1500 Classic). The newer DT-body 2019-2024 Ram 1500 uses PowerStep 76240-01A (Plug-N-Play), and factory air-ride trucks require a different setup — match your body and suspension before ordering.
