The Air Lift 57541 LoadLifter 7500XL Ultimate is a rear-axle air spring kit that fits 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD pickups, adding up to 7,500 lbs of load-leveling capacity to help your truck ride level while towing and hauling.

The 7-inch double-bellow air springs mount between your frame and axle to counter rear squat, restore headlight aim, and reduce trailer sway, body roll, and bottoming out. The "Ultimate" designation refers to the closed-cell urethane internal jounce bumper sealed inside each air spring, which cushions shock loads for a smoother ride and lets the springs run safely at zero pressure. Springs are fully adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI.

What's included: Two air springs, mounting brackets, air line, and all installation hardware with instructions. This kit does not include an air compressor or onboard air management system; those are sold separately if you want to inflate and adjust from the cab.

Fitment: Fits 2020-2026 Silverado 2500HD, Silverado 3500HD, Sierra 2500HD, and Sierra 3500HD. 4WD models fit across the range, and the 2023 Silverado 2500HD also fits 2WD. 2500 models are single-rear-wheel; 3500 models fit single or dual rear wheel. Does not fit commercial cab-and-chassis models (use 57543), the GMC Sierra AT4X, or the Chevrolet Silverado ZR2.

FAQ

Does the Air Lift 57541 increase my truck's payload or towing capacity?

No. Air springs assist your factory suspension to level a load within your truck's existing GVWR and GAWR ratings. They keep the truck riding level under weight but do not raise the manufacturer's maximum load or towing limits.

Is an air compressor included?

No. The 57541 is an air spring kit only. You inflate the springs through a valve stem, or you can add an Air Lift onboard compressor system (sold separately) for in-cab control.

What is the difference between the 57541 and 57543?

The 57541 fits standard-bed 2020-2026 Silverado/Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD pickups. The 57543 is engineered for the 2016-2026 Silverado/Sierra 3500 commercial chassis cab, which uses a different frame.
