Floor covering is the gate that decides this part. 444081V is moulded for a Tundra with the factory vinyl floor; on a carpeted truck of the same years the answer is 444081 in Black, 464081 in Grey or 454081 in Tan, and those are different mouldings. WeatherTech returns 444081V for the Regular Cab and Double Cab from 2012 through 2021, with or without the rear underseat storage box, and for the CrewMax from 2014 through 2021; it publishes no vinyl-floor front liner for a 2012-2013 CrewMax. Rear coverage is a separate purchase: 440938 for a CrewMax, and 440939 or 447862 for a Double Cab depending on the underseat storage box. The 2022-onward third-generation Tundra is a different catalogue entirely, built around 4417081.

FAQ

How do I tell whether my Tundra has vinyl or carpet floors?

Look at the floor beside the seat rail. A vinyl-floor Tundra has a smooth, wipeable surface moulded in one piece; a carpeted truck has pile you can rake with a fingernail. Work-trim trucks are the usual vinyl candidates.

Is 444081V offered in Grey or Tan?

WeatherTech publishes the vinyl-floor front liner in Black only. Asking the configurator for Grey or Tan on a vinyl floor returns no part number.

Does the V suffix mean anything other than the floor type?

On this application the V is the vinyl-floor moulding. 444081 without the V is the carpet-floor liner for the same cab and years, and the two are not interchangeable.

Will it work in a 2022 Tundra with a vinyl floor?

No. WeatherTech's third-generation Tundra catalogue is a separate master built around 4417081, and 444081V does not appear in it.
