UnderCover Ultra Flex UX42007 is a hard folding tonneau cover for the 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra CrewMax with the 5'6" (66.7") short bed and, critically, no factory Deck Rail System. Read that gate twice before you order — UX42007 and UX42008 are the same cover, and the only thing separating them is whether your Tundra left the factory with the deck rail track running along the top of the bed.

Check it in thirty seconds: look at the inside upper edge of the bed walls. A Tundra with the Deck Rail System has an aluminium track there carrying four sliding cleats. If the track is present, you want UX42008. If the bed rails are plain, UX42007 is your part number.

How do I know whether my Tundra has the Deck Rail System?

Look along the inside top edge of the bed walls for a factory track carrying sliding cleats. If it is there, order UX42008. If the rails are plain, UX42007 is the correct part.

What is the difference between UX42007 and UX42008?

Only the deck rails. UX42007 is the without-Deck-Rail-System version and UX42008 is the same Ultra Flex cover built for trucks that have the factory rail system.

Does UX42007 fit a 2022 Tundra?

No. This part covers the 2007-2021 Tundra. The 2022-and-newer truck is a different generation with a different bed.

Can I run the Trail Special Edition storage boxes with this cover?

No. The application excludes Trail Special Edition storage boxes, and RealTruck states the cover will not work with factory bed storage boxes generally.
