The Seizmik 50-23078KIT is a Versa-Fold full-to-half folding front windshield for the round-tube full-size Polaris Ranger, the models built on a 1.75-inch round-tube cage: the 2009-2014 Ranger XP 700 and XP 800 (including 800 Crew) and the 2016-2021 Ranger 570 Full Size with round roll bars. A quick flip of two composite levers converts it from a full windshield to a half-open configuration, so one windshield covers cold mornings and hot afternoons without ever leaving the machine.

Because the top panel folds down rather than removing, there is nothing to store or lose. Heavy-duty captive rubber plugs lock the panel when folded, and a UV-protected replaceable clear hinge acts as a stiffening rib to keep the sheet from flexing at speed. The panel is 0.220-inch UV-resistant polycarbonate; this is the UV-resistant tier and resists yellowing, but it is not the two-side hard-coated scratch-resistant material. An automotive-grade high-deflection bulb gasket seals the perimeter.

Fitment

Fits only the full-size Polaris Ranger with a 1.75-inch round-tube cage: the 2009-2014 Ranger XP 700 and XP 800 (and 800 Crew) and the 2016-2021 Ranger 570 Full Size with round roll bars. Does not fit the Pro-Fit square-cage full-size Ranger XP 900 or XP 1000, which use a different Seizmik windshield (50-25001KIT). Does not fit mid-size Rangers, and does not fit 2022-and-later machines. Measure your cage: this kit is for round tubing only.

Will this fit my Ranger XP 900 or XP 1000?

No. The XP 900 and XP 1000 use the square Pro-Fit cage, not the 1.75-inch round tube. Those need the Pro-Fit version, Seizmik 50-25001KIT.

How do I know if I have the round-tube cage?

Look at your roll cage tubing. This windshield fits 1.75-inch round tube only; if your cage is square or rectangular extrusion, it is a Pro-Fit cab and needs a different windshield.

Is it a folding windshield?
