No. It fits only the 2019-2024 Ram 1500 (DT body) with the 5.7L HEMI in Crew Cab or Quad Cab; the older Ram 1500 Classic is not compatible.

No tune is required. As a cat-back that mounts behind the catalytic converter it removes no emissions equipment and is street legal in all 50 states.
