TruXedo Lo Pro 585901 is a soft roll-up tonneau cover for 2019-2026 Ram 1500 pickups on the new DT body with the 5'7" (67.4") bed and a conventional one-piece tailgate. The tailgate is the whole story on this part number: RealTruck states plainly that 585901 is not compatible with the Multifunction Tailgate, so before ordering, walk to the back of the truck and check whether the gate splits into barn doors.

The Lo Pro earns its name at the rails. The aluminum frame carries a gloss-black powder coat and mounts inside the Ram's bed rails, leaving the cover riding roughly three quarters of an inch above the caps, low enough that the truck's shoulder line stays uninterrupted and the stake pockets stay reachable. The skin is industrial-grade tear-resistant vinyl with a leather-grained face, and a quick-release system takes the whole assembly out without tools when the Ram has to haul something tall.

Fitment

TruXedo 585901 fits 2019 through 2026 Ram 1500 pickups on the new body style with the 5'7" (67.4") bed and the standard tailgate.

Does not fit a Ram 1500 with the Multifunction Tailgate. RealTruck's product page states the cover is not compatible with it and RealTruck's own retail listing repeats the exclusion as "does not fit with multi-function (split) tailgate." Trucks with that gate take part 585801 instead. This cover also will not work with the Ram TRX bed bar, which has to be removed to install.

Does not fit the 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic. That truck is the previous DS body sold alongside the new one, and this part is listed for the new body style only.

Will 585901 fit my Ram 1500 with the Multifunction Tailgate?

No. Part 585901 is the without-Multifunction-Tailgate version. If your tailgate splits open as barn doors, order 585801, which is the same Lo Pro cover built for that gate.

Does 585901 fit a Ram 1500 Classic?

No. It is listed for the new-body Ram 1500 introduced for 2019, not the 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic that carried over the previous body.

How is the Lo Pro warrantied?

RealTruck backs the Lo Pro with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing and material defects — longer than the 5-year term on most of the TruXedo range.

Can I install 585901 without drilling my Ram?

Yes. The Lo Pro uses a no-drill clamp-on mounting system, needs only conventional hand tools, and RealTruck rates the job Level 1 at under an hour. A Ram TRX bed bar, if fitted, must come out first.
