Is this MagnaFlow cat-back exhaust legal in California?

Yes. As a cat-back system it replaces only the pipes and mufflers behind the catalytic converter and does not alter any emissions equipment, so it is street legal in all 50 states, including California, and no CARB Executive Order is required.

Will it fit a 4-cylinder Tacoma?

No. The 19585 is engineered for the 4.0L V6 second-generation Tacoma only. It does not fit the 2.7L four-cylinder or the 2016-and-newer third-generation Tacoma.

Does it come with a tailpipe tip?

No. The Overland Series uses a high-clearance, no-tip rear exit that tucks the outlet up for better ground clearance on the trail.
