The KFI #ASPR-50 is an Assault Series 5,000 lb ATV/UTV winch with 15/64" x 50' synthetic rope with protective sheath. It features a dynamic and mechanical braking system, water-resistant seals, a heavy-duty all-metal turn clutch and a multi-directional POM roller fairlead.

Plug-and-play fit for the Polaris Ranger XP 1000 family: Ranger XP 1000, Ranger Crew XP 1000, Ranger 1000 Premium and Ranger XP Kinetic across 2018-2025 (EPS, Premium, Northstar, Trail Boss, High Lifter, Texas and Waterfowl editions). Confirm your exact trim and year against the fitment list.

This is a Polaris-specific kit and does not fit other machines. Certain 2025+ Polaris models require the #102290 fairlead adaptor — check KFI's fitment notes for your trim.

FAQ

Does this winch come with a mount?

No. KFI #ASPR-50 uses the standard 3.00" x 4.88" 4-hole pattern and needs a vehicle-specific KFI winch mount, sold separately.

Is the cable steel or synthetic?

How is the ASPR-50 different from the AS-50X and AS-50WX?

The ASPR-50 is the plug-and-play version of KFI's 5,000 lb Assault winch: it arrives pre-mounted on a Polaris Ranger XP 1000 winch plate with the contactor and fairlead installed, so it drops in with roughly a 30-50 minute install. The AS-50X and AS-50WX are universal winches that need a separate vehicle-specific mount.
