The BBK 4015 shorty headers replace the restrictive factory exhaust manifolds on the 2019-2024 Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi with 1-3/4-inch CNC mandrel-bent primary tubes and 3/8-inch-thick die-stamped flanges, finished in durable titanium ceramic. The larger, tuned-length primaries free up exhaust flow for roughly 15 more horsepower and torque over stock, and they bolt on directly using the supplied gaskets and hardware.

What does the BBK 4015 fit?

It fits the 2019-2024 Ram 1500 with the 5.7L Hemi or 5.7L eTorque V8, in 2WD and 4WD, on the new DT body. It does not fit the Mega Cab, the 2500 or 3500, or the 2019-and-newer Ram 1500 Classic body.

Is the BBK 4015 CARB-legal in California?

No. BBK states this part is NOT C.A.R.B. approved and cannot be installed for use on any emission-controlled vehicle in California. There is no CARB EO number for it, so it is for off-road / racing use only in CA and CARB states.

Does it fit the Ram 1500 Classic?

No. The 4015 is for the new DT body. The 2019+ Classic (carry-over DS body) uses BBK 40140 instead.
