No. This part does not carry a CARB Executive Order, so it is not legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled vehicles registered in California or other states that follow California emissions standards. aFe intends it for off-road and competition use in those states; it remains street-legal in states following federal EPA emissions rules.

Is the 55-10014R the same as the CARB-legal 55-10014RC?

No. The 55-10014R (Pro 5R oiled filter) is not CARB exempt and is off-road use only in California. aFe's separate 55-10014RC part number carries CARB E.O. D-550-57 for 50-state use.

Does the 55-10014R fit my Ram 1500 TRX?

It fits the 2021-2024 Ram 1500 TRX with the supercharged 6.2L Gen III HEMI V8. It does not fit non-TRX Ram 1500 trucks.
