The Rugged Radios RANGER-GMR25 is a complete 25-watt GMRS two-way mobile radio kit for the 2024-2026 Ford Ranger and Ranger Raptor, built around the IP67 waterproof GMR25 radio with a truck-specific mount and antenna hardware.
All hardware bolts to factory mounting points for a no-drill install, and the built-in Rugged Ready pigtail lets you add a Rugged intercom, headset or 5-pin accessory. The GMR25 is the value-priced option in the Ranger kit line and talks to all GMRS and FRS radios.

Fitment
Fits the 2024-2026 Ford Ranger and Ford Ranger Raptor. Does not fit the prior-generation (2019-2023) Ranger, which uses a different mount. This kit ships with the 25-watt waterproof GMR25 radio; the 41-watt G1 (RANGER-G1) and 50-watt G4 (RANGER-G4) versions use the same mounts and antenna but a different radio.

Which Ford Ranger years does this kit fit?
It fits the 2024-2026 Ford Ranger and Ranger Raptor; it does not fit the 2019-2023 Ranger.
What is the difference between the G1, G4 and GMR25 versions?
They share the same mounts and antenna. The G4 is the highest-power 50-watt radio, the G1 is 41 watts and waterproof, and the GMR25 is a 25-watt waterproof radio.
Does it require drilling?
No. The antenna mount bolts directly to factory mounting points and no drilling is required.
Do I need a license?
Yes. GMRS operation requires an FCC GMRS license, which needs no exam, covers your whole household and is valid for 10 years.
