The Rugged Radios RAM-G1 is a vehicle-specific two-way mobile radio kit built around the Rugged GMRS G1 waterproof radio for RAM trucks. It installs at factory bolt locations with no drilling and delivers strong range for off-road, overland and remote-area comms. The G1 is a GMRS radio and requires an FCC GMRS license.

Fitment
Fits the 2021-2024 RAM 1500 TRX and 2019-2025 RAM 1500, 2500 and 3500 with the full-length center console (non jump-seat). It does not fit RAM models with a jump seat or without the full-length center console. The kit communicates with all GMRS and FRS radios, including Motorola, Midland and Uniden. This is the GMRS G1 version; the Rambler G4 version is RAM-G4.
