The Rugged Radios PTT-HM-SC is a hole-mount push-to-talk with a 48-inch straight cord and an industry-standard 3-pin connector that plugs directly into Rugged, Avcomm, PCI and other off-road intercoms — no adapter cable needed.

Compatibility

It is compatible with the Rugged RRP5100, RRP5050, RRP660, RRP660 PLUS, RRP696, RRP696 PLUS and RRP6100 intercoms, and its 3-pin plug also fits Avcomm, PCI and other off-road intercom brands. If you want a shorter lead with less excess cable behind the dash, the sibling PTT-HM-SC-12 uses a 12-inch cord.

Will it plug into my intercom?

Yes for Rugged intercoms (RRP5100 through RRP6100) and for Avcomm, PCI and other off-road intercoms that take the industry-standard 3-pin PTT plug.

How long is the cord?

48 inches of straight (non-coiled) cable. The PTT-HM-SC-12 sibling offers a 12-inch cord when you mount close to the intercom.
