The Rugged Radios PTT-HM is a hole-mount steering-wheel push-to-talk with a high-bend-test coil cord and an industry-standard 3-pin plug, wired for car harnesses. The coil cord runs 2.5 feet at rest and stretches to 7 feet.
Compatibility
It is designed for car harnesses — NASCAR CH-N-2, IMSA CH-I-2 and OFFROAD CH-O-2 — and for the Rugged RRP502 and RRP510 intercoms. For current Rugged intercoms (RRP696 PLUS, RRP6100 and similar), use the sibling PTT-HM-CCXL, which is wired to plug directly into the intercom. The optional PTT-HM-MT-6B adapter plate mounts this PTT behind any 6-bolt steering wheel.
