The Rugged Radios RACE Series antenna coax cable kit (part # NMO-RACE) is a purpose-built racing antenna cable with heavy-duty triple shielding, X1C low-loss race-spec cabling and a one-piece nickel-plated NMO antenna mount, offered here in 7 ft and 9 ft lengths. It is built to keep critical communications alive in harsh race environments.

Compatibility and mounting

The kit uses standard PL-259 UHF connectors and works with Rugged Radios mobile radios, Kenwood mobile radios, Icom mobile radios and most other mobile radios with a standard PL-259 antenna connection. Maximum mounting surface thickness is 7/16 in and the mounting hole diameter is 5/8 in.
