The Rugged Radios Peltor 4C Helmet Kit (HK-PF-3.5) is a wired in-helmet kit with a 4-conductor Peltor plug, an M102 military microphone, a straight cord and a 1/8 in (3.5mm) earbud jack. It uses Total Shield RF-reflective cable and includes a cloth mic muff.
Compatibility
It is built for Peltor-style 4-conductor jack systems; connecting it to a Rugged OFFROAD cable requires a Peltor-to-OFFROAD adapter (sold separately). Rugged lists this kit as call-for-availability, so confirm stock before ordering. This straight-cord version has an M102 mic and a 1/8 in earbud jack (earbuds sold separately). The mic boom and cable junction block install with hot glue or the Rugged Quick Mount (HK-QM, sold separately); it is not a plug-in-only install.

Does this work directly with a Rugged OFFROAD cable?
No. It is a Peltor 4-conductor kit; a Peltor-to-OFFROAD adapter (sold separately) is needed to connect to a Rugged OFFROAD cable.
Straight or coil cord?
This is the straight-cord version. Rugged also offers a coil-cord version (HK-PFC-3.5).
