The Rugged Radios 3C NASCAR Helmet Kit (HK-NF) is a wired in-helmet communication kit for stock-car and short-course racing that uses a 3-conductor NASCAR configuration with a straight cord, a dynamic noise-cancelling mic and a 3.5mm (1/8 in) earbud jack. It installs into most helmets.
Compatibility
Connects to a standard NASCAR car harness using the 3-conductor (3C) plug. Requires mono earbuds (Challenger II, Challenger Semi or AlphaBud Mono, sold separately). Does not fit a 4-conductor IMSA harness. The mic boom and cable junction block install with hot glue or the Rugged Quick Mount (HK-QM, sold separately); it is not a plug-in-only install.
