The Rugged Radios UHF External Antenna Kit (UHF 450–470 MHz) relocates your handheld radio's antenna outside the vehicle to extend range for short track, circle track and street use.

Compatibility

Select the BNC adapter that matches your handheld from the Icom, Motorola or Vertex options. For Rugged V3, RH5R, R1, GMR2 PLUS and similar radios, choose one of the Rugged-specific adapter versions instead. This is a UHF (450–470 MHz) kit — it does not fit VHF (144–174 MHz) handhelds; choose the matching VHF kit for a VHF radio. Do not over-tighten the antenna onto the NMO connector.
