Swap out the radio's battery, fit the eliminator into the battery bay — no wiring or tools — and plug it into a 12–24V cigarette-lighter port for constant power. It is made for extended road trips and week-long trail events where AC outlets are hard to find, and it helps conserve your batteries or covers a fast-draining pack.
Compatibility
It fits the RDH Digital 16-Channel (RDH16) handheld. For other Rugged handhelds use the matching eliminator (for example BAT-ELM-RDHX for the RDH-X). The radio is sold separately.
