Does not fit the 2010-2012 4Runner - the floor changed for 2013, so this set starts at the 2013 model year. Does not cover the cargo area.

No. The 4Runner floor pan changed for 2013, so 99571 is molded for 2013-2024. Earlier 2010-2012 trucks use a different part.
