The Hertz DSK 165.3 is a Dieci line 6.5-inch (165 mm) 2-way component car speaker kit rated 80 W RMS and 160 W peak power handling at 4 ohms, sold as a complete two-speaker set: two DV 165.3 woofers, two DT 24.3 tweeters, and two DX 300 crossovers. It is a universal 12V front-stage upgrade for any vehicle with 6.5-inch door openings and a dash, sail-panel, or A-pillar spot for the compact separate tweeters - no vehicle-specific fitment.
The DV 165.3 woofer uses Hertz's V-cone profile in water-repellent pressed paper for strong off-axis response and detailed mid-high output, with a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) surround that stays linear and damps resonance at high excursion, a 25 mm pure-copper voice coil, and a high-density flux ferrite magnet. The DT 24.3 tweeter pairs a 24 mm PEI dome with a high-energy neodymium magnet and an annular acoustic lens, and ships with mounting accessories for surface or flush installation.
