Does this fit 4WD F-150s?

No. This kit is for 2021-2026 Ford F-150 SuperCrew 2WD only; 4WD trucks use the Eibach Pro-Truck Stage 2R (E86-35-035). It also excludes trucks with CCD electronic suspension.
