No. It is specific to the 3.5L V6 PowerBoost hybrid SuperCrew short bed; the standard 2.7L/3.5L EcoBoost trucks use a different Borla part number.

Do I need an adapter for a longer bed?

The SuperCrew short bed (145.4" wheelbase) fits directly. A Crew Cab with the 6'7" standard bed (157.2" wheelbase) requires adapter 60556, sold separately.
