The BAKFlip G2 (MPN 226427) is a hard folding tonneau cover for the 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma 6'2" (73.7") bed. It folds forward in three panels and flips up against the cab for full bed access, or locks flat and flush for a clean, low-profile look with theft protection.

Panels are built from dual ABS laminate over an aluminum honeycomb core, rated to hold up to 300 lb of evenly distributed weight. The cover sits flush and will not interfere with stake pockets, tie-downs, side rails, overhead racks, or headache racks. An integrated buckle system lets you drive with the cover folded, flipped up, or closed.

Bed Length

Cut specifically for the Toyota Tacoma 6'2" (73.7") long bed. Bed length is the primary tonneau fitment axis: this cover fits any 2016-2023 Tacoma configured with the 6-foot bed, regardless of cab. It does not fit the 5' short bed.

Bed Rails & Accessories

The G2 mounts with no-drill clamps and works with the factory bed rails, tie-downs, and accessories, sitting low enough to clear overhead and headache racks.

Fitment

Fits the 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma 6'2" long bed (third generation). Does not fit the Tacoma 5' short bed (use the 5-foot BAKFlip G2 fitment), and does not fit the 2024-and-newer fourth-generation Tacoma (use 226447).
