It mounts on trucks with or without the deck rail / utility track system, but read this before buying: RealTruck states that installation requires removing the tie-down cleats if the truck has them, and those cleats cannot be reinstalled afterward. Does not fit a Tundra ordered with the Trail Special Edition storage boxes — RealTruck's note reads "Will NOT Work w/ Trail Special Edition Storage Boxes."
