Is the Bantam bumper a simple bolt-on?

No. Installation requires drilling and trimming about 5.25 inches from the front frame horns; the bumper then bolts to the modified frame with an internal PEM plate, and optional welding adds strength.

Is it compatible with the factory electronic sway bar?

No. The OEM electric sway bar is not compatible with this bumper.
